Administrative Staff Position available.

Qualifications: Microsoft Office experience and training, including Outlook, word and excel. Previous office expense necessary and Sage 50 experience an asset.

Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills. Organized individual who can multitask in a fast pace, busy office environment.

Other duties would include filing, organizing and distribution of incoming mail and office correspondence, as well as sorting and organizing client’s month-end work.

Flexible hours available. Looking for someone who wants part-time – full-time hours.
